LETTER FROM THE RECRUITMENT CHAIR
Welcome to WPI and 2024 recruitment! Thank you for your interest in our chapter.
My name is Maline Demers and I am our chapter’s Recruitment Chair.
Here in Phi Sig, I found a place to grow, learn and have fun with like-minded sisters. With their constant support and friendship, I was able to develop the confidence to lead this chapter through recruitment – something I did not have the confidence to do when I first joined our chapter freshman year. Our chapter comprises of well over 70 trustworthy women that have made my college experience amazing. We struggle together, learn from our mistakes together and grow together. Without them, I know my experience at college would not have been the same!

I chose Phi Sigma Sigma because I felt truly heard by the girls that I spoke with during recruitment. I went through recruitment to create a larger support system on campus and Phi Sig has felt like home since the very beginning!
Phi Sig has always felt welcoming with open arms! You can easily tell how sincere and genuine each person in this sisterhood is<3
I chose Phi Sig because of the quality of girls I met during recruitment. Everyone seemed super cool and funny. I also clicked with the values specifically education, I loved to see so many girls I could look up to and who shared the same goals as me. It was amazing to have an instant support system and I loved to see how close everyone was!
I felt super welcomed and connected with the sisters of Phi Sigma Sigma from the very beginning. I saw how much each sister meant to each other and I also wanted to be apart of that!
